YOU BOTH WAS VERY PROMPT AND FOLLOWED THRU WITH EVERYTHING YOU SAID, MADE MY RESERVATIONS, MY STAY AND MY CHECK OUT GREAT... CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT BAY POINTE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I HAVE STAYED ON FT. MYERS BEACH FOR 30 YEARS AND RENTED FROM OTHER REALTORS THAT MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR TO EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE YOU BOTH MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY FROM THE FIRST TIME WE SPOKE. OH AND I STAYED IN THE SAME HOUSE IN 2006, 2007 AND AGAIN THIS YEAR AND WOW YOU HAVE PUT A GREAT FACELIFT ON THE PLACE, STOCKED THE KITCHEN, UPGRADE TO ALL FLATSCREEN TV'S, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH. BUT YOU MADE ME FEEL LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME... THANKS AGAIN TO YOU BOTH... THE NEESE FAMILY OKEECHOBEE FLORIDA...

We have highly enjoyed our stay at Bella Lago 233. The condo was very clean organized and roomy. We loved the location right across the street from the beach. We definetley look forward to staying again. Thank you

I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful house by the beach in Fort Myers beach Fl. Our family had a lot of fun it was out first vacation as a whole family and children and we had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and neat just steps away from the beach. The sunset from the port was beautiful every afternoon. I also wanted to thank you for sending my Mom’s shoes. I will definitely recommend this house and I will also contact you on the future for more family vacation rentals.

I'm just writing to thank you for our stay at your property this past weekend. The house was simply amazing! We had everything that we needed and more. Thank you again for renting to us, our experience there was fantastic. We definitely know who to come to if we decide to vacation there next year!

First of all, it was a great pleasure for me to cooperate with BayPointe. The whole process from booking, key delivery and check out was very well organized. The appartment was well-conditioned, it was quiet and from the balcony we had a nice view onto the lake. The appartment is close to the beach. One complaint was promptly processed by BayPointe, some questions we had were promptly answered. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Our stay at beach house was very nice and comfortable. We had a great time in your cottage and the furnishing was in a good style. We can absolutely recommend this property.

We returned to England and are already missing Florida! We loved the house and had a wonderful Christmas there with our family. It was so well located that many of our friends from Coral Gables and Tampa were able to visit and a great time was had by all. I know I have already thanked you for the grocery shopping but I would like to say once again how wonderful it was to have the strain of going to the grocery store for such a big shop taken away from me. We are definitely not alcholics but we did manage to finish all the wine and also enjoyed quite a few cocktails, beer etc. So once again a "HUGE THANKYOU".

Just wanted to say "thank-you" so much for such a great vacation! I was over-impressed with the condo and easy access of check-in with the key less entries. Everything was not only just how it was described but better! We will be coming back!

Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Bella Lago 124. The location was great and the accommodations were wonderful. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we had a great time celebrating my sister's 50th birthday. My brother enjoyed the grill--we made great use of it! Thanks so much. We hope to be back before too long!

"Fantastic location on the beach - we loved it :))" We spent a weekend here at Wimsy and had a great time. There was 4 adults and 4 kids (all under 6years) House was spacious and had everything we needed and the best bit was it was directly on the beach! No need to pack a bag or anything for our trips to the beach, we could easily just run up to the house to get everything! House could do with updating but we would go back and stay there again!

"Excellent" Great location with 5 star condo. The manager Steve is at the top of his game. He set up everything and made it a pleasure. We will return here again soon.

"Great Experience" We loved the place and the service was amazing. I would defiantly stay there again. I have no complaints.

"Great family vacation" The house was comfortable with plenty of room (There was 5 adults and 3 children), we could have fit a lot more (there were 2 fold out couches we did not need to use). My wife kids (1 & 3) and I stayed with her parents and their child (10), and her other adult sister. The location was great. Close enough to the shops/peer, but far enough away you were not bothered by it. We rented cars and there was a lot to do within a short 30 minute drive either direction (our cars fit in the turn-around driveway great). I had trouble with the internet, but the owner came over and installed a new router within 20 minutes. The grill was out of gas, but the on site maintenance man immediately gave us a new tank ...Great service!!! Plenty of towels pillows and blankets. The washer and dryer was nice to have (went home with clean cloths). The kitchen had enough in it to cook whatever you wanted. The ocean was right out our back door, maybe 200 feet. Since we were away from the "public beach" area, there was not a lot of people around. This was nice for the kids. It was very easy to keep an eye on them, and we had plenty of room to build a giant sand castle without worrying about bothering other people. We had a great time and will be back to stay in the same home.
